Core geometry

A slant bed at 45 degrees, classic layout for chip flow, nothing exotic and that is exactly the point. With the carriage sitting on that incline chips run straight into the conveyor, flood coolant washes the rest, so the operator is not digging swarf by lunch. Swing over bed is 360 mm, real, measured with a caliper, not brochure fantasy.
